Hello! As always, I’ve been very busy with not just Sugar Fix, but some side projects as well.

As many of you know, aside from making jewelry I also write for a Philadelphia-based music magazine called, OrigiVation. Today, I get to interview Matt and Kim! I’ve prepared a number of questions for them that will guarantee a final story that isn’t your stereotypical Q&A. And, while I’m constantly looking for fun events to attend, I figured I would share some info on the Labor Day Weekend Jazz and Wine Festival. For those of you in the Chaddsford, PA area, this sounds like a great time to enjoy food and wine, as well as some live music. Hello Sugar Fix Addicts,

I have been working lately on finalizing my logo and getting a banner printed for vendor shows, so you can all recognize me in the sea of tents at festivals and fairs. I have also been reaching out to different stores and boutiques in the South Jersey and Philadelphia area that might be interested in featuring Sugar Fix Jewelry. Think you know of a store near you where my jewelry would fit in? Drop me a line.

Again, look for my jewelry at Johnson’s Corner Farm in Medford very soon. I’m looking at next Friday, but I’ll let you guys know first once it’s confirmed. I can’t wait to see you all there! (Johnson’s Farm has a bakery with all kinds of treats, of course!)

In the meantime, I’m always looking for new bakeries and cafes to explore. Eatocracy on CNN.com has been posting little places to indulge in the best tasting sweets around the country. Hello! First of all, it’s been quite a while since I’ve updated. My apologies. I’ve been pretty busy in my personal life, but I’m here to say that I’m going to do my best to update as often as I can. If you don’t hear from me via Sweet Nothings blog, feel free to visit the Twitter (http://twitter.com/SugarFixJewelry). I update at least once a day on everything from Sugar Fix news to some of my favorite local bakeries and chocolate shops. 

Secondly, I’ve made a lot of new pieces that are not on the website yet. Speaking of which, I’m looking for an intern photographer, preferably in South Jersey or the surrounding area. If you know anyone who might be interested, drop me a line.

Lastly, you’ll be able to catch me at Johnson's Corner Farm in Medford, NJ very soon. Every Friday night from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Johnson’s features local artisans along with live music and great food. I will post exact dates as they come to me, via Sweet Nothings and twitter. Check back frequently for dates!
